Could you be the full-time Components Marketing Governance Coordinator in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your marketing and technical understanding expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Raluca APETREI (Compo Performance/Transformation & Market Manager), and work alongside dedicated and willing to help teammates.
You'll support on various Marketing and Business Development needs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, monitoring and reporting on Marketing and Business Development Governance activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of providing marketing guidance to the relevant organization but also Identify key differentiators creating value for Components business.
We’ll look to you for:
- Develop internal know-how and improve organization; provide marketing guidance to the relevant organization
- Develop and maintain marketing and business development guidelines and templates / policy / tools
- Ensure that all marketing activities and materials comply with relevant company policies
- Develop and maintain frameworks, templates, processes and tools for the Components organization
- Develop internal Marketing know-how and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that all marketing activities and materials comply with Central Marketing and Central Communications policy and with relevant company need (Market need, strategy, product portfolio and promotion)
- Support Components Leadership team in all marketing activities (i.a. Components Team Talk, external events, customer meetings)
- Manage / coordinate transversal relationships (métiers, central marketing)
- Manage relationships and maintain regular reviews with internal stakeholders, Central and Components functions
- Monitor and report on marketing activities to the Components Leadership Team
- Components promotion internal and external
- Co-create the content (product sheets, presentations, case studies, white papers, media briefs, etc.)
- Maintain the website in terms of the content
- Ensure event support in terms of content and organization
- Manage Sale Enablement activities (i.a. webinars, creations of new materials, special requests)
- Manage external webinars and customer meetings upon request
- Support the implementation of a new product branding strategy
- Define Components unique value proposition
- Support news commers (content, advice, frameworks, templates)
- Train the Components organization and all relevant stakeholders in terms Components Marketing and Business
- Development Governance plan
- Support the business cases
- Support Metires’ marketing and business development activities upon request
- Take over the requests of Central Marketing and Central Communications and manage the realization
- Manage Alstom tools and SharePoint regarding Components Marketing and Business Development (Canto – Digital Assets Database; iLearn – Alstom University; CID – Competitive Intelligence Database)
