Could you be the full-time Commodity Leader for Corporate Services in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic procurement expertise in the field of train testing and certification services. You’ll report to Amelie VASSE - Commodity Manager and work alongside dedicated Commodity Leaders and Buyers worldwide. 

 

You’ll lead and coordinate the activities of the corporate services commodities such as HR services, Lawyers, Certification, Communication. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business sites, to manage procurement projects and RFP for your perimeter. 

 

You’ll specifically be responsible for the definition and the implementation of commodity strategies at worldwide level.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • At commodity level:
    • Negotiate, establish and implement worldwide Frame Agreements: Strong knowledge of legal clauses;
    • Drive relationship and performance reviews with suppliers;
    • Participate in the definition of procurement strategies and panel elaboration;
    • Manage global supplier RFQ from end-to-end
    • Develop strong relationship with Region and sites procurement organization
      • to bring support on the commodities of your perimeter and,
      • to ensure the respect of the procurement commodity strategies.
    • Contribute to secure and achieve Savings commitments of the indirect procurement department;

 

  • Operational involvement:
    • Ensure effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and help to achieve the commitment, and in problem solving;
    • Prepare and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers;
    • Lead RFQ negotiation;
    • Prepare Business Award/Bid Comparison Chart and secure agreement;

  • Degree level qualification
  • Relevant experience in indirect procurement
  • Ability to negotiate global Frame Agreements, understanding of legal clauses necessary
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills (indirect sourcing mindset, leadership, communication, ability to convince and work with top management)
  • Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
  • Fluent in English with international mindset
