Could you be the full-time Buyer Assistant in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Jean-Marc Rolland (Tenders & Projects Procurement Director) and support Electrical Domain and Tender & Project Global Teams on some challenging projects.

 

We’ll look to you for:

Tender & Project (T&P):

  • Tender Board administration, scheduling, in coordination with CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) assistant, Tender governance Director leadership & every T&P team members involved 
  • Special events organization support (T&P Days, Project days etc.) 
  • Key Indicators Performance (KPI) dashboard for T&P (dashboard design, updates, and comments with team members)
  • Global Tender list fortnightly preparation
  • “Teams” database administration
  • Fortnightly report (launch, gathering & adaptations to meet deadline & propose it “ready” to the Department Director)
  • Community members list administration
  • T&P specific IT system administration support with team members

 

Electrical Domain:

  • Domain Seminar organization support (happens once a year)
  • Domain budget report & KPI (mainly staff numbers), for forecasting and discussion support
  • Request for quotations to external suppliers on transverse topics (common to commodities or service of the Domain), on the spot, happening 1-2 times a year

  • Business Administration Degree preferred
  • Relevant experience in international organization
  • Fluent level of English; French would be a plus;
  • Procurement background is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills (problem solving, critical thinking, communication)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • SAP knowledge preferred
