Could you be the full-time Business Intelligence Specialist in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your tools and process support expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Raul Dancu (TSO GFS Senior Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates. As part of a global team, you will be in touch with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
You’ll be the referent Business Intelligence Specialist for IBM DOORS and Alstom Requirements Management Process, assisting our Engineering team in all global cross-functional groups. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, you will lead the charge in enhancing our tool developing and automation capabilities and ensuring the highest quality standards.
We’ll look to you for:

- Data manipulation: gather data from IBM DOORS or other tools and format it in a proper way for Power BI usage
- Create, maintain and generate reports in Power BI based on Requirements Management data
- Develop new small tools or automations using Power Automate, AI, VBA, PowerShell or Python
- Capture initiatives specifications, develop a pilot and run a proof of concept
- Document the specifications for industrialization of the automation need
- Maintain different tools and reports based on Power BI, QlikSense

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Relevant experience in engineering tools or a related field
- Experience in Power BI reporting - creating, maintaining, deploying reports
- Experience with programming languages: Power Query, Python, VBA
- IBM Rational Doors (would be a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Proactivity, take initiative, anticipate future needs, and act in advance of situations
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Proficient knowledge of tools such as SharePoint, video editing, Microsoft Office, Artificial Intelligence
- Good understanding of databases and how tools work and interact
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, enabling autonomous work and efficient management of tasks and projects
- Creative problem-solving ability, with a collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team
