Could you be the full-time Business Intelligence Qlik Sense Expert for Procurement in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and digitalization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Oana MATEI (Process Efficiency & Digital Transformation Senior Team Leader, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates.
Your mission will be to assist the BI Business Process Owner in ensuring timely delivery, qualitative result and proactively looking for continuous improvement way of working.
You’ll also be accountable for delivering and driving Qlik Sense projects in direct contact with our internal stakeholders based on end-user needs to support Business reviews and decisions.
You’ll be in charge of a Qlik Sense Applications scope in the Procurement landscape, to secure various evolution, maintenance and availability. You’ll also contribute to various internal projects to increase team efficiency and be a reference point of contact about Qlik Sense for its colleagues.
We’ll look to you for:
- BI application development: Take charge of developing Business Intelligence Applications, which includes:
- Analysing requirements from users across different teams/regions/domains.
- Create project planification and communicate on the execution.
- Developing solutions within Qlik Sense platform.
- Addressing and resolving any user issues, whether they stem from bugs or functional limitations during UAT phase.
- Supporting adoption and post go live
- Issue monitoring and analysis: Keep a vigilant watch on issues that could potentially impact team operations and projects, ensuring swift and effective action. Support and conduct in-depth analysis of quality performance results to address and resolve critical issues.
- Application enhancement: Continuously improve existing applications within their accountability, maintain up-to-date and fully available applications, ensure user-friendly experiences.
- Data library contribution: Participate to the improvement and enrichment of our data library to increase our BI deliveries efficiency.
- Community management: Animate BI community to increase analytical capacities through regular connection and trainings to share your experience and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience on Qlik Sense deliveries.
- Strong experience on project management.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus) to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- International experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong programming skills with Qlik Sense in every areas (coding, modeling, designing).
- Power BI and SQL skills are a plus.
- Very good understanding of databases and data models.
- Open to learn other BI tools (PowerBI, …) and familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Excel, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, …).
- Very good analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with end-user interaction and creativity to meet Business expectations.
- Strong organizational skills, enabling autonomous work and efficient management of tasks and projects.
- Ability to explain its results.
- Ability to evaluate a task and to respect its commitments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit and willingness to help others.
- Involvement in collective teams’ objectives and proactivity.
