Could you be the full-time Business Intelligence Developer in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and digitalization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Arabella-Boglarka Muresan (SC Methods & Tools Senior Team Leader, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates.
You'll play a critical role in designing and implementing advanced analytical tools and dashboards that facilitate real-time data and reporting, empowering our teams to make informed decisions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, IT, and data engineering), automate reporting processes, and develop predictive models to forecast expenses, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of integrating data from various sources to ensure comprehensive visibility, but also provide training and support for users to enhance financial decision-making and cost management strategies.
We’ll look to you for:
- Designing and developing advanced analytical tools and dashboards for real-time tracking and visualization of costs.
- Implementing automated reporting solutions to streamline cost reporting processes.
- Creating data integration solutions to consolidate information from various sources and systems.
- Developing predictive models to forecast future expenses and budget requirements.
- Providing training and support for end users to maximize the effectiveness of BI tools.
- Continuously improving existing BI tools and applications based on user feedback and technological advancements.
- Collaborating with IT and data engineering teams to create custom applications for specific costing challenges.
- Creating technical documentation for developed tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience or understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and VBA.
- Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and financial forecasting models.
- A certification in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics would be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
