Could you be the full-time hybrid Validation Engineer in Chorzow, PL we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful validation of train systems and enhancing our engineering processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Validation Engineers, planning teams, and costing teams), update validation plans, write type test procedures, ensure the timely issuance of validation proofs, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Writing type tests procedure 

  • Ensuring the timely issuing of the Validation proves 

  • Providing structured REX to feed costing activities 

  • Demonstrating train system knowledge (system analysis, railways) 

  • Organizing and managing test activities efficiently 

  • Utilizing and managing planning tools effectively 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success 

  • Maintaining a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry standards and best practices

  • Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related fields

  • Experience or understanding of train systems, such as system analysis and railways (minimum 2 years)

  • Knowledge of test organization processes and planning tools

  • Familiarity with updating validation plans and writing type test procedures

  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to provide structured feedback to support continuous improvement

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Collaborative approach to working within cross-functional teams

  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic engineering environment
