Could you be the full-time Testing Methods Engineer in Chorzów we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your testing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Adam (Site Test & Commissioning Director in Chorzów), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

 

You'll be the person responsible for preparation of W2W & dielectric and Routine Test process in dynamically growing Testing and Commissioning department. No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll Ensure interface and perfect working relationship with engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, Site Validation team.

 

You’ll specifically take care of managing the development and supply of test procedures, facilities and tools for RS sites and depots and continuously optimizing T&C processes.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Defining the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations
  • Preparing of work instructions, process descriptions and procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System and participating in EHS activities on shop floor
  • Supporting T&C Operations team for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures
  • Implementing REX (Return of Experience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project
  • Implementing and deploying methods and tools and best practices

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronical or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation will be an asset
  • Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirement
  • Ability to work independently or in a cross functional environment
  • Very good English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clear and exhaustive understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • A proactive and resourceful approach
  • Desire to work collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptability and effective time management
