Test Laboratory Quality Manager (m/f):

 

Responsibilities
Accountable for:

  • Ensuring the quality and the control of documents throughout the test cycle under the provisions of the laboratory quality management system
  • Ensuring the link with the Site Quality • System 
  • Developing and ensuring the preservation of external recognitions (ISO17025, IRIS)
  • Renewals or certification of the Laboratory Accreditation or Recognitions


Responsible for:

  • Implementing, ensuring the management and continuous improvement of the quality system of the test laboratory following the applicable standards and the provisions of the management
  • Ensuring the follow-up and the closure of the quality action plan resulting from the audits, reviews. 
  • Managing documents of the quality management system of the test laboratory (manual, instructions, operating procedures, methodologies), in liaise with the Site Quality system
  • Preparing the Management reviews, audits of the test laboratory with the head of the laboratory
  • Ensuring monitoring, and audits of the measurement equipment and testing means
  • Promoting re-use of existing documents and quality procedures within Certification and Validation staff
  • Following up the Test Laboratory action plans

 

Performance Measurement

  • Getting the initial or renewal assessment of certifications in line with Laboratory roadmap

 

Educational Requirements:

 

Bachelor/Masters Degree (Engineering, Physical Sciences, others)

 

Experience

 

  • Practical experience in Quality area (minimum of 2 years experience in Railway or Health, Defence, Aeronautical, Automotive domains).
  • Experience in team management, planning and organizing work, as well as training laboratory personnel.
  • Ability to assess laboratory processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and regulations related to laboratory certification and accreditation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and certifying bodies.

4. We inform you that your personal data is stored for a period of 12 months for the recruitment processes conducted by the Administrator, or until your consent is withdrawn and only to the extent that consent has been granted and not longer than 12 months for future recruitment. After this period, they are removed and personal data is not processed for any other purpose. We do not send back the application. We only contact selected candidates.
5. Please be advised that in connection with providing us with your personal information necessary for recruitment purposes, you have the following rights:
a) the right to access personal data,
b) the right to rectify the data,
c) the right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten"),
d) the right to limit the processing of personal data,
e) the right to object to the processing of personal data in an automated manner, including profiling,
f) the right to transfer data,
g) the right to withdraw consent in the event that the Administrator processes your personal data based on the consent, without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
h) the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body - the Data Protection Authority - in case of violation of personal data.
