Your responsibilities

 

  • Take on a new challenge and apply your recruitment expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Join our fast-growing team and help us reach new heights in Blue Collar recruitment
  • You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Alstom by attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, act as a trusted advisor on recruitment matters, and much more.
  • You’ll specifically take care of managing the end-to-end recruitment process but also developing innovative sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • We’ll look to you for:
    • Managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process
    • Collaborating with HRBP and functional leaders to understand and address business needs
    • Providing expert advice and guidance to candidates and hiring managers
    • Developing creative sourcing strategies
    • Building proactive talent pipelines to ensure a diverse pool of top industry talent and experimenting with new methodologies and tools to continuously improve recruitment outcomes

 

 Our requirements

    • Previous experience in technical recruitment
    • University degree
    • Advanced proficiency in English and Polish
    • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to engage with hiring managers at all levels

    • Excellent time management skills and a naturally proactive, positive attitude
