Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical or electrical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll contribute to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our site facilities, providing a safe and efficient environment for all employees. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (facility & maintenance team, contractors, and internal/external customers), manage budgets and contracts, oversee maintenance processes, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Taking care of all indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence

Organizing and supervising maintenance processes

Ensuring timely deliveries to internal and external customers
-
Troubleshooting and repairing specific types of equipment
-
Managing sourcing processes and validating contracts
-
Negotiating with contractors and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
-
Planning and managing large-scale activities efficiently
-
Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and legal requirements
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align maintenance strategies with organizational goals
-
Driving continuous improvement and innovation in maintenance operations

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Experience or understanding of maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing specific types of equipment

Knowledge of sourcing processes and contract validation

Familiarity with large-scale planning and activities management

Strong negotiation skills

Expertise in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and legal regulations

Ability to manage budgets effectively

Proficiency in organizing and supervising maintenance processes

Capability to analyze and take care of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with contractors and internal/external customers
