Could you be the full-time Senior Buyer in Chorzów we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and negotiation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless sourcing and procurement of materials and services essential for our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and suppliers), manage supplier relationships, and identify cost-saving opportunities, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of managing RFQs and supplier negotiations, but also oversee supplier selection, contract preparation, and project lifecycle management.

We’ll look to you for:

• Managing RFQs with suppliers

• Performing negotiations to secure the best terms

• Preparing business awards and supplier selection, considering quality, cost, delivery, and technical aspects

• Creating purchase orders and contracts in the SAP ERP system

• Supervising and coordinating first deliveries

• Managing modifications and claims during the project lifecycle

• Identifying cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities

• Managing the budget effectively throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, logistics, or management

• Fluency in English

• Knowledge of sheet metal processing is a plus

• Proficiency in Office tools and experience with SAP ERP systems

• Dynamic, rigorous, and communicative approach

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships

• Team player with excellent collaborative skills

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation (drawings and specifications)

• Understanding of cost structures in supplier offers

• Strong analytical skills
