Could you be the full-time Project T&C Manager in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your thorough and methodical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance), oversee the Testing and Commissioning (T&C) processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining clear Train Acceptance Criteria, ensuring the expected vehicles meet the quality level at the “Hand Over" from the manufacturing line, but also create critical T&C documentation.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining exhaustive Train Acceptance Criteria

Setting the expected vehicle configuration and quality level for handover milestones

Creating contract T&C documentation (test programs, descriptions, delivery planning, etc.)

Complying with project’s T&C QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments, acting as Work Package Owner

Ensuring EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) is fully considered in project T&C scope

Driving continuous improvement within the T&C department

Degree in Engineering, preferably in the electrical field

Proven skills in T&C organization and creating effective engineering processes

Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide, influence and convince within an international and diverse organization

Familiarity with project management and technical expertise in relevant domains

A certification in project management or related field

Ability to perform critical analysis, testing, and delivery

Leadership experience in managing complex projects
