Could you be the full-time Project Supply Chain Manager in Chorzów we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating Supply Chain activities throughout the project lifecycle, from tender to project closure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (tender, industrial, and supplier teams), manage logistics flows, ensure material availability, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of designing supply chain processes, synchronizing operations with industrial requirements, and managing supplier relationships, but also contribute to planning changes and crisis management as needed.

We’ll look to you for:

• Designing Supply Chain processes during the tender phase and committing to associated costs

• Setting up and synchronizing Supply Chain processes during project ramp-up

• Driving key activities to ensure supplier deliveries align with logistics QCD objectives

• Managing specific conditions for vendors and identifying capacity risks

• Coordinating planning changes, suppliers’ changes, and technical modifications

• Supporting critical delivery issues and ensuring material availability

• Minimizing costs and obsolete inventories during project closure

• University degree (mandatory)

• Experience in supply chain management

• Experience working in supplier/customer relationships, projects, or industrial environments

• Knowledge of ERP material management or architecture

• Fluent in English (negotiation level); local language proficiency

• Master’s in supply chain management (desirable)

• French language skills (desirable)

• Ability to deal effectively with diverse topics and summarize critical issues

• Strong communication skills and a result-driven mindset

• Experience managing remote and multicultural teams
