Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager (PrPM) in Chorzów we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your time management and project planning expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside goal-oriented and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of complex projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including project management, engineering, and production teams), oversee synchronization of planning processes, and conduct systematic critical path analyses to identify risks impacting project schedules.
You’ll specifically take care of creating, following up on, and updating project schedules for all options in firm and forecast status, but also contribute to regular reporting within project and site organizations.
We’ll look to you for:

Creation, regular follow-up, and updates of project schedules

Planning synchronization within the project

Systematic critical path analysis and identification of risks impacting project schedules

Regular reporting within project and site organizations

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress

Implementation of best practices in project time management

Higher education, preferably in a technical or managerial field

Professional experience in the industry

Knowledge of project management and industrial production processes

Proficiency in English (good to advanced level)

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Prince2)

Experience as a member of a project core team or as a project manager

Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project
