Could you be the full-time Project Change and Configuration Manager in Chorzów we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Configuration and Change Management in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of delivered products and services to both internal and external customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the business, establish and implement Configuration Management Plans, and oversee change management processes, among other key responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of leading all Configuration and Change Management (CCM) activities in a Project or Program, but also ensure compliance with applicable procedures, tools, and standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Full accountability of the end-to-end CCM process and deliverables in a Medium Criticality Project or Program (Level 2).

  • Keeping the Project/Program configuration under control and managing changes throughout the entire lifecycle.

  • Establishing Configuration Management Plans and ensuring team members are trained and compliant with CCM procedures.

  • Ensuring the application of CCM tools and managing access rights.

  • Escalating CCM-related risks or issues and reporting on CCM performance indicators.

  • Executing Development for Quality (DfQ) Gates for CCM deliverables.

  • Managing a team of Configuration and Change Managers, when applicable.

  • Performing Configuration Management activities, including monitoring the accuracy and maturity of items, preparing Configuration Strategies, and conducting Configuration Audits.

  • Performing Change Management activities, such as organizing and leading Change Boards, ensuring clarity and progress of Change Requests, and facilitating event management when necessary.

  • Providing feedback and leading improvement initiatives within the Project/Program.

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience or understanding of Configuration and Change Management processes in complex projects.

  • Knowledge of Configuration Management tools and methods.

  • Familiarity with Change Management frameworks and principles.

  • A certification in Configuration Management or Change Management is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across functions.
