Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Tender Manager in Chorzów we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project execution and strategic expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in shaping the product introduction strategy to meet customer needs and align with Alstom’s internal processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as commercial management, technical, and industrial teams), coordinate internal activities to understand warranty requirements, and ensure the delivery of global product introduction bid quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments in line with tender schedules.
You’ll specifically take care of defining risk assessments and mitigation plans, but also contribute to identifying potential sales opportunities and upselling in collaboration with regional commercial management.
We’ll look to you for:

Coordinating internal activities to understand warranty requirements based on customer needs

Defining product introduction strategies that align with customer requirements and internal processes

Interfacing with relevant stakeholders during the bid stage for product introduction contributions

Ensuring delivery of global product introduction bid QCD commitments within tender schedules

Developing risk assessments and mitigation plans for product introduction scopes

Contributing to the identification of potential sales opportunities and collaborating with regional commercial management

Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
