Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and processes that support our Product Introduction (PI) activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, depots, and suppliers), manage repair loops, and oversee inventory control, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of monitoring material needs for PI activities and organizing materials and associated documentation, but also supervising and coordinating PI material for depots.
We’ll look to you for:

Establishing, initiating, and monitoring repair loops between depots, production sites, and suppliers (internal and external) until redelivery to PI customer sites for relevant projects

Ensuring the availability of documentation regarding repair loops, such as intervention reports, delivery notices, and failure analysis reports

Updating the relevant data systems with all information related to repair loops, materials, special tools, test equipment, and consignment

Consolidating and updating lists of warranty spares, consignment stock, special tools, and test equipment

Organizing material (kitting preparation) and associated documentation for PI activities (commissioning, warranty, field modification)

Supervising, coordinating, and refilling PI material for depots regarding PI activities in close collaboration with the warehouse team

Monitoring material delivery logistics and ensuring the availability of prioritized materials for PI field staff

Optimizing logistics processes and costs

Contributing to potential claims and supporting negotiations with external suppliers regarding PI issues

Certified Technician or Undergraduate degree in a technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronic)

Understanding and experience with logistics issues

Transparent communication and interrelation skills

Experience with supplier communication and collaboration

EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) knowledge and exposure

Engineering knowledge (desirable)

Experience in a warehouse environment (desirable)

Knowledge of SAP applications (desirable)
