Product Industrialization Manager (m/f):

Responsibility:

During specification and preliminary design phases:

- Set-up Industrial organization of the project: staffing, Industraial work package, tools.
- Coordinate co-engineering activities including ICONE methodology
- Perform gap analysis with Ref Lib, identify impact on manufacturing process.
- Define Method Times - based on tender assumptions and co-eng results
- Define requirments for jigs and workstation equipments

During detailed design phase and before Serial Go:

- Monitor the industrialization activity using IMFU (Industrial Maturity Follow-Up), and completion of the following deliverables:
- Industrial documentation (Work Instructions, Routings, TS, Lifiting plans )
- Manufacturing equipment and tooling veryfication/update
- Workshop and work stations layouts
- SAP/MES implementation data, including routings & method time.
- Line balancing and task sequencing
- Ensure completion of P-FMEA and Control Plan along with Industrial Quality
- Ensure consistency of the kitting strategy with industrial requirements.
- Plan and organize training of Industrial Teams
- FMR/IMR/FAI planing definition
- workstation accpetance plan definition
- Ensure internal FAIs are performed on schedule in order to pronounce the Serial Go.
- Participate to CCB (Change and Configuration Board) to validate engineering changes  and inmplemetation cost.
After serial Go:
- Lead the improvement action plan to achieve Industrial QCD targets.
- Other activities:
- Contributes to industrial costing for tenders.
- Perform industrial REX on industrial activities.
- Contribute to update the Industrial Ref Lib.

We inform you that your personal data is stored for a period of 12 months for the recruitment processes conducted by the Administrator, or until your consent is withdrawn and only to the extent that consent has been granted and not longer than 12 months for future recruitment. After this period, they are removed and personal data is not processed for any other purpose. We do not send back the application. We only contact selected candidates.
5. Please be advised that in connection with providing us with your personal information necessary for recruitment purposes, you have the following rights:
a) the right to access personal data,
b) the right to rectify the data,
c) the right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten"),
d) the right to limit the processing of personal data,
e) the right to object to the processing of personal data in an automated manner, including profiling,
f) the right to transfer data,
g) the right to withdraw consent in the event that the Administrator processes your personal data based on the consent, without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
h) the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body - the Data Protection Authority - in case of violation of personal data.
