Defining and implementing the Project Procurement Strategy in alignment with QCD commitments.
-
Coordinating and consolidating procurement activities and ensuring their efficiency and performance across the project.
-
Managing buyers working on the project and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
-
Orchestrating contract creation and execution activities to avoid project delays.
-
Ensuring compliance with procurement processes, tools, and QCD requirements.
-
Building and overseeing the Material Work Package, including cost, risk, and performance assessments.
