Could you be the full-time Process Engineer in Chorzów we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in defining and optimizing manufacturing processes (electrical) for our products, ensuring efficiency and quality in every step. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as design, production, and quality departments), contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of industrial documentation and workstation optimization, but also support production teams to achieve manufacturing targets.


We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining the manufacturing process and associated equipment for new products while considering industrial policies, standards, and project constraints

  • Creating and maintaining industrial documentation, including material lists, work instructions, and task sequences

  • Estimating manufacturing workloads within your domain

  • Industrializing retrofits after engineering changes, including updating documentation and workstations

  • Supporting production teams to meet manufacturing targets

  • Participating in continuous improvement workshops

  • Contributing to industrial lessons learned (REX) on manufacturing processes

  • Degree in engineering or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial documentation

  • Knowledge of process optimization and production workflows

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

  • Ability to work on 2 shifts, 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Good English command.
