Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Process Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in defining manufacturing processes and equipment for new products, ensuring alignment with industrial policies and project constraints. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Production and Engineering), create and maintain industrial documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining the manufacturing process and associated equipment for new products while considering industrial policy, existing standards, and project constraints. ,

Performing industrial documentation, such as lists of materials, work instructions, and task sequences, for the project. ,

Estimating the manufacturing workload within your domain of expertise. ,
-
Supporting production teams in achieving manufacturing targets. ,
-
Industrializing retrofits after engineering changes by updating documentation and workstation definitions. ,
-
Participating in continuous improvement workshops aimed at enhancing processes and efficiency. ,

Contributing to industrial REX (Return of Experience) on manufacturing processes. ,

Ensuring a conscientious approach to commitments and delivering results. ,

Collaborating effectively as a team player with a spirit of “Team Trust Action.” ,

Demonstrating logical thinking, organization, and strong communication skills to support decision-making processes."
