Scope of duties:

• Manage  project schedule and communication to the Customer;
• Build detailed and comprehensive Master Project Schedule;
• Manage communicatioan and collaboration with Project's Core Team Members;
• Prepared detail schedule analysis supporting tender team activities (critical path, compliance with project strategy and milestones, risks and mitigation plans, possible recovery scenarios);
• Reported actual project follow-up to board of directors and project’s management;
• Coordinated tasks and actions between  start-up schedules all departments engaged in the project (Industrialization, Production, Sourcing, Supply chain, Quality);
• Supported extensively Project Manager in Time Management Plan;
• Created  recovery action plans;
