Could you be the full-time NDT Expert (m/f) for Chorzów (supporting Czechia and Hungary sites) we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your non-destructive testing (NDT) expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll make a tangible impact by ensuring quality and safety across our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including suppliers, inspectors, and site managers), support adapted control plans, and address welding-related challenges, among much more.
You’ll specifically take care of performing NDT assessments and developing a team of mobile qualified inspectors, but also ensure the proper qualification of inspectors.
We’ll look to you for:

Performing NDT assessments

Ensuring the proper qualification of inspectors

Supporting adapted control plans at suppliers
-
Providing expertise during welding crises
-
Developing and leading a team of site inspectors and supervisors to support site operations
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards

University degree in technical studies or quality management,

NDT Level 3 certification according to ISO 9712 (PN-EN ISO 9712),

Good command of English,

Valid B-category driving license,

Experience in a quality controller or similar role,

Strong decision-making and organizational skills,

Resilience to stress and independence in action,

Effective communication and time management skills.
