Methods&Process Industrial Quality Engineer (m/f):


As a Specialist you are member of the dynamic and challenging quality team.

Necessity to employ an Engineer mainly responsible for: 


  • Deployment of Alstom Policy and QMS at department level:

    - To coordinate Alstom and Region Line processes and method & tools local department deployment.

    - To provide local department with effective support (training, day-to-day coaching) as for process application

    - Coordination of departmental Improvement plans / KPI dashboards (reporting data to the APSYS leader, organizing reviews of improvement plans, monitoring the dates of improvement actions)

            - To Ensure Quality Management System documentation in local department is properly managed, updated, communicated and coherent with all documents of the Quality Management System.

            - To keep informed the Site IMS Manager about the status of processes deployment / implementation / results / KPI’s

            - Identification of processes (in department process owner responsibility scope) requiring mapping and coordinating mapping activities

            - Developing and promoting the Problem-Solving Methodology in all required areas

  • Compliance of site QMS:

            - To Ensure department QMS conformance with Alstom and Region QMS, Customer standards and ISO9001/IRIS requirements/CMMI/ECM...

            - To Enhance the assessment of QMS effectiveness through performance of Internal Audits- To Issue annual planning and execution of workstation audits

            - To Ensure "Problem Solving Tool" action plan management at department level, following findings list issued after system audits

            - To ensure department coordination of Process Reviews, and provide input for site Quality Management Review

 Performance measurements:

            - Respect of yearly Quality System event deadlines (process reviews, QMR, internal audits),

            - Effective management of action plans resulting from external or internal audits (actual progress consistent with closing deadlines

            - Dashboard deployed and up to date.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master degree (technical, engineering or business management)
  • Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Collaboration and team working.

After this period, they are removed and personal data is not processed for any other purpose. We do not send back the application. We only contact selected candidates.
5. Please be advised that in connection with providing us with your personal information necessary for recruitment purposes, you have the following rights:

c) the right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten"),
