Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Mechanical Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a vital role in designing and delivering high-quality railway products, ensuring compliance with project requirements and customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Assurance), plan and pilot mechanical domain activities for assigned zones, and manage production deliverables in line with project timelines and standards—and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Applying TD rules, processes, and tools (single-domain) and ensuring Domain deliverables quality and their acceptance by the Customer (internal or external) within committed limits

Managing production of deliverables in accordance with Planning targets on the Domain assigned zone

Designing products taking into account project requirements (performances, manufacturability, serviceability, testability, etc.)

Preparing and documenting Domain Design Reviews according to project schedule and following up on the main open actions

Checking respect of allocated volumes/interfaces (no clashes) on internal design

Collaborating effectively with third parties, including customers, to ensure smooth communication and project alignment

Demonstrating time management and reporting skills to meet project deadlines and expectations

Leveraging your knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, applied to Railway products, to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions

Communicating proficiently in English during technical meetings and through written documentation

Adapting to project-specific requirements and continuously learning to enhance your technical expertise

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Experience or understanding of mechanical design, preferably applied to railway products

Knowledge of time management and reporting skills

Familiarity with technical design rules, processes, and tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with third parties (e.g., customers)

Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and participating in technical meetings

Ability to plan and pilot mechanical domain activities and deliverables

Skill in designing products with a focus on performance, manufacturability, serviceability, and testability

Capability to prepare and document design reviews and follow up on open actions

Problem-solving mindset to address project issues effectively
