Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Chorzów we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

 

You'll ensure goods are delivered at the right time, quantity, and place to meet Alstom’s needs while driving supplier performance improvements and mitigating risks. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering), manage delivery needs with suppliers, and contribute to achieving project supply chain objectives.

 

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring supplier performance KPIs and maintaining accurate material planning data, but also lead action plans for performance improvement and resolve delivery issues.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Expressing delivery needs to suppliers using dedicated tools

  • Following up on deliveries to ensure material availability for projects

  • Analyzing supplier confirmations and anticipating risks to production

  • Setting up recovery actions to address supply chain challenges

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve supplier delivery performance

  • Maintaining ERP data accuracy and managing material planning documents

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain

  • Experience or understanding of ERP systems and supply chain concepts

  • Knowledge of material requirements planning, inventory management, and industrial scheduling

  • Familiarity with supplier delivery performance management and transport/distribution processes

  • A supply chain certification (desirable)

  • Strong data analytics skills

  • Proficiency in English and local language (desirable)
