Could you be the full-time onsite Material Planner in Chorzow, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and supportive teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a safe, collaborative work environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business.
We’ll look to you for:
- Manage the Supplier's portfolio (Internal and/or External suppliers) for ensuring goods are delivered at the right time, quantity and place, based on Alstom needs.
- Express delivery needs to suppliers and contribute to governance of the Supplier's delivery performances.
- Drive action plan for performance improvement and contribute to risk management.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the contractual agreements are reflected in the ERP
- Create a delivery schedule and coordinate it
- Ensure supply transparency
- Track material consumption for compliance with the material standard – PBOM,
- Material shortage management (system),
- Track on-time delivery dates by suppliers,
- Adjust the level (level management) and delivery date to the needs of the production line,
- Stock control,
- Solving issues with invoices and monitor overdue and pending invoices,
- Collaborate with Delta warehouse along with solving issues with incoming deliveries as part of logistic NCR process
- Organize conf-calls with problematic suppliers and challenging actions to owners by action plans,
- Coordinate the actions and escalate problematic topics with other departments: Quality, Sourcing, Procurement, Production.

- Educational background: Studies in Logistics, Economics, or Transport Management.
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency, especially in Excel (mandatory), Power BI: Strong knowledge is highly preferred, SAP: Previous experience or familiarity is considered an asset.
- Languages: Polish: Native level, English: Minimum B1 level, knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
