Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Chorzow we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dedicated teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless material flow and supply chain efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, procurement, and quality assurance), create and coordinate delivery schedules, and track material consumption for compliance with the material standard (PBOM) and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating a delivery schedule and coordinating it, but also ensuring supply transparency.
We’ll look to you for:

Creating a delivery schedule and coordinating it

Ensuring supply transparency

Tracking material consumption for compliance with the material standard – PBOM

Material shortage management (system)

Track on-time delivery rates by suppliers

Tracking the status of non-conforming materials

Explaining discrepancies in deliveries

Adjusting the level (level management) and delivery date to the needs of the production line

Stock control

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience or understanding of material planning, inventory control, or supply chain processes

Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software

Familiarity with stock control and delivery scheduling

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and organizational skills
