Manage his Supplier's portfolio (Internal and/or External suppliers) for ensuring goods delivery at right time, quantity and place

based on Alstom needs.

•Express delivery needs to suppliers and contribute to governance of the Supplier's delivery performances.

•Drive action plan for performance improvement & contribute to risk management.

• Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the contractual agreements are reflected in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

• Reports directly to Material Planning Coordination Manager

• Within the department: Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Creating a delivery schedule and coordinating it

• ensuring supply transparency

• Tracking material consumption for compliance with the material standard – PBOM

• Material shortage management (system)

• Track on-time delivery rates by suppliers

• Tracking the status of non-conforming materials

• Explaining discrepancies in deliveries

• Adjusting the level (level management) and delivery date to the needs of the production line

• Stock control

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Excel system

• English – B2 – enabling free communication
