Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing and process engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in optimizing industrial processes and ensuring the seamless execution of special processes (SP) in manufacturing. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, and Supply Chain), contribute to supplier development and qualification, and ensure the deployment and validation of new processes in line with project planning, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the industrialization of Special Processes (SP), such as painting, and ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives, but also supporting the development of suppliers and training workers and teams on SP standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Contributing to the tender phase by optimizing product design and industrialization to minimize risks and costs

  • Supporting technical solution decisions during specification and design phases, ensuring industrial constraints are considered

  • Building SP Return of Experience (REX) and collaborating with product engineering to adjust designs when necessary

  • Managing industrial risks through Process FMEA and driving improvement action plans

  • Defining requirements and rules (Design for Manufacturing) for associated tooling to enable production

  • Qualifying product/process pairs and industrial means in alignment with design requirements

All about you

  • Knowledge of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk management methodologies

  • A certification or communication skill: Strong communication and training skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and train workers and managers

  • Ability to analyze root causes and implement repair solutions for process non-conformities or incidents

  • Experience in supplier qualification, quality follow-up, and supplier development

  • Knowledge or experience in quality control processes aligned with customer requirements
