Could you be the full-time onsite Line Manager in Chorzow, SL, PL we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and supportive teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a safe, collaborative work environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (EPU managers, production planners, and quality assurance teams), manage and optimize the production process according to plan, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production standards—and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Maintaining production metrics ,

  • Continuous improvement of production process standards ,

  • Planning and organizing production activities ,

  • Managing and supporting your subordinate team ,

  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety principles ,

  • Analyzing key production metrics ,

  • Applying quality and lean manufacturing tools to optimize processes ,

  • Utilizing Excel for data analysis and reporting ,

  • Demonstrating effective communication skills, including in English ,

  • Understanding labor law, particularly regulations related to working time calculation"

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. ,

  • Experience or understanding of production planning and organization. ,

  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles. ,

  • Familiarity with key production metrics and their analysis. ,

  • Communicative English and strong interpersonal communication skills. ,

  • Practical knowledge of quality and lean manufacturing tools. ,

  • Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting. ,

  • Ability to manage and lead a subordinate team effectively. ,

  • Knowledge of labor law, particularly regarding working time calculation. ,

  • Experience in heavy industry and/or the automotive sector is an added advantage.
