Could you be the full-time Work Package Controller in Chorzów we are looking for?

 

 

Your future role

As a Work Package Controller, you will play a key role within our Finance team, partnering closely with Work Package Owners to ensure accurate financial management, forecasting, and reporting across projects. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, project‑based environment where analytical strength, collaboration, and adaptability are essential.
 
We'll look to you for:
  • Conducting financial control and analysis of work packages within projects and supporting Work Package Owners.
  • Performing cost analysis in close cooperation with Budget Owners.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Supporting monthly financial closing processes.
  • Contributing to annual and project-level budgeting.
  • Participating in short- and long‑term financial forecasting, including hedging activities.

  • Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university.
  • Background or understanding in Project Controlling, Costing, Corporate Finance, or auditing (advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong team‑working abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and presentation skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.
