Could you be the full-time Internal Transport Shift Manager in Chorzów we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside motivated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and goods, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our production processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, logistics, and quality assurance), manage transportation processes between operations, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the organization and management of line feeding activities, as well as the preparation of goods for shipment, but also the management of returns and proper archiving of transportation documents.
We’ll look to you for:

Organizing and managing line feeding activities

Coordinating transportation processes between production operations

Preparing goods for shipment
-
Managing the return of incompatible materials from production
-
Properly archiving transportation documents
-
Supervising the return of empty containers from the assembly line to the Logistics Platform

Managing and supervising entrusted assets

Knowledge of logistic processes, Lean Management, and internal transport management

Understanding of basic labour law principles

Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and MS Office

Fluency in English and Polish

Possession of a valid category B driving license (preferred)

Ability to work effectively under time pressure

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
