Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes and products, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams), support the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing internal NCRs and qualifying manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection, but also participate in customer inspections and perform workstation audits and follow-ups.



We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting the Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) team in their scope
  • Managing Internal NCRs: Supporting the NCR team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodology (e.g. QRQC)
  • Participating in customer inspections
  • Qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection processes
  • Managing Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)
  • Performing workstation audits and follow-ups
  • Performing or participating in product inspections when required (e.g. PCx)

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) processes and problem-solving methodologies such as QRQC
  • Familiarity with workstation inspections and audits
  • A certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
