Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Chorzów we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (industrial, engineering, and quality teams), support decision-making during production handovers, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing and updating Quality Control Plans during pre- and serial manufacturing activities, but also ensure compliance of manufactured products before shipping.
We’ll look to you for:

Supporting Process Industrialization Quality (PIQ) within your scope

Performing DpU/External Demerit analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with cross-functional industrial teams

Supporting decisions for all Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) while maintaining NO GO veto rights when necessary

Participating in Criticality Matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)

Leading FAR (First Article Review) and participating in FMR (First Manufacturing Review) / SMR (Serial Manufacturing Review)

Ensuring availability of Car History Books and compliance of manufactured products before shipping

Managing Internal NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)

Managing Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)

Performing Workstation Audits and follow-ups.

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of quality assurance in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, QRQC)

Familiarity with process improvement tools and techniques

A certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) is a plus
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
