  • Train and inform support functions (Engineering, PME, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality) on SP‑related business rules.

  • Develop SP expertise in new geographic areas in line with Alstom’s qualification plan.

Execution / Serial Manufacturing

  • Ensure proper application of process rules in line with customer requirements.

  • Perform internal and external audits.

  • Monitor SP performance and solve day‑to‑day issues.

  • Demonstrate QCD and EHS improvements through effective action plans and KPIs.

  • Support Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crises.

Transversal Activities

  • Participate in Special Process network meetings and working groups.

  • Propose improvements and contribute to the evolution of business rules in your domain.
