Could you be the full-time Field Modification Industrial Engineer in Chorzów we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in preparation of product modifications and processes that support our Product Introduction (PI) activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, depots, and suppliers), manage industrialization of modifications, and oversee their validation, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of industrialize modification files for implementation on the various applicable configurations of product in the field (after ex-work) and ensuring compliance with EHS requirements.
We’ll look to you for:
- Industrialize field modifications (FM) according to Alstom standards (e.g. special processes) & compliant with depot infrastructure/environment
- Dispatch documentation & liaise with the field modification team
- Set-up/define relevant quality self-inspection tasks
- Integrate respect of EHS rules (Environment Health & Safety rules) and any work-related processes

Engineering University Degree or equivalent

Experience in product industrialization

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong communication skills

Ability to lead technical meetings in English

Familiarity with rolling stock products and solutions (desirable)

Solid decision-making and critical thinking skills (desirable)
