Could you be the full-time Field Modification Coordinator (m/f) in Chorzów we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your coordination and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside skilled and collaborative teammates.

 

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of field modifications, contributing to the quality, efficiency, and innovation of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Management, Procurement, and the PI team), manage field modification files and documentation, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation of modifications.

 

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating modification deployment and ensuring compliance with EHS requirements, but also managing data updates and reporting in relevant tools.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Planning and coordinating the establishment of field modification files and relevant documentation

  • Ensuring timely staffing, tools, and material supplies in collaboration with procurement

  • Verifying the completeness and validation of field modification files, including test procedures

  • Coordinating and optimizing train downtime during modification deployment

  • Ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery of field modifications

  • Communicating progress and configurations to all relevant parties

  • Supervising supplier modification implementation when necessary

  • Implementing and enforcing EHS requirements on customer sites

  • Developing and enforcing action plans for any deviations or non-conformities

  • Maintaining accurate data management and reporting

  • Engineering University Degree or equivalent

  • Experience in product industrialization

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to lead technical meetings in English

  • Synthesis and reporting skills

  • Familiarity with rolling stock products and solutions (desirable)

  • Leadership, solid decision-making, and critical thinking skills (desirable)
