Could you be the full-time onsite EPU Manager in Chorzow, PL we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your production management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead and inspire a team of production operators, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment while driving continuous improvement in production standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance), analyze key production metrics to enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• You’ll specifically take care of managing a team of production operators, but also organizing and managing the production process according to plan. ,We’ll look to you for: ,

• Maintaining production metrics ,

• Driving continuous improvement of production process standards ,

• Planning and organizing production activities ,

• Managing and supporting a subordinate team ,

• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations ,

• Analyzing and utilizing key production metrics

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. ,

• Experience or understanding of production planning and organization. ,

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. ,

• Familiarity with key production metrics and their analysis. ,

• Communicative English and effective interpersonal communication skills. ,

• Practical knowledge of quality and lean manufacturing tools. ,

• Knowledge of Excel and data-driven decision-making. ,

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. ,

• Knowledge of labor law, particularly regulations regarding working time calculation. ,

• Adaptability to work in heavy industry and/or the automotive sector (an added advantage).
