Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your managerial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the required quality of manufactured products, optimize your Autonomous Team's performance, and contribute to achieving objectives in quality, cost, and delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, quality assurance, and operations), implement production processes aligned with organizational goals, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring the required quality of the manufactured products ,

Supervising and supporting your Autonomous Team to achieve performance targets ,

Monitoring and optimizing production processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives ,

Driving continuous improvement initiatives within your team ,

Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards at all times ,

Supporting the professional development of team members ,

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve production challenges ,

Managing resources effectively to meet production schedules ,

Reporting on production performance and identifying areas for improvement ,

Implementing and maintaining best practices in production management"
