Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your production management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and safe production processes while driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics), manage a team of production operators, and optimize production metrics—and much more.

Maintaining production metrics

Continuously improving production process standards

Planning and organizing production effectively

Managing a subordinate team with leadership and resilience

Ensuring a safe work environment in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Analyzing key production metrics to drive performance

Applying practical knowledge of quality and lean manufacturing tools

Demonstrating proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting

Communicating effectively in conversational English

Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations, particularly regarding working time calculation

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Experience or understanding of production planning and organization

Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations

Familiarity with key production metrics and their analysis

A certification or communication skill: Conversational English skills

Practical knowledge of quality and lean manufacturing tools

Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting

Ability to manage and motivate a team of production operators

Knowledge of labor law, particularly regarding working time calculation

A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
