Accounting Specialist

On this position you will be working as an Finace team member

Qualification:

• * Master degree,
  * English - fluent,
  * SAP, Excel advanced,
  * accuracy, analytical skills, responsibility, stress-resistance

Scope of responsibility:

• * key user SAP FI_AA module (user/issues management, IT support, trainings),

• FA Teranga reporting

• FA statutory reporting

  - monthly reconciliation Group/Statutory/TAX

  - coordination of EUL verification and it’s change in GSI

  - preparation of FA documents required for statutory/tax such as receipt of fixed assets, disposal of fixed assets

  - preparation of tax deprecation and supporting documentation

  - indication of the tax depreciation rate and periodic verification

  - preparing data for DTA/DTL calculation

  - participating in budgeting process (deprecation)

•  month/year end tasks connected with leasing

• Various statutory tasks:

  - reconciliation of social benefits fund (3 localizations separately)

  - preparation of social benefit fund usage for Trade Unions

  - uploading payroll bookings prepared by ADP  

  - reconciling GL payroll accounts (cooperation with local HR departments)

  - posting and clearing WHT liabilities

  - verification of T&E bookings

  - verifying and clearing assigned GL accounts

  - participating in yearly Financial Statement preparation

  - cooperating with external and internal auditors

  - preparing monthly Journals and trial balance

  - analysis and rebooking costs between various GL accounts or cost centers (non-deductible cost reclassification or spread between CC

  - the most complex and difficult GUS reporting (Polish Statistical Office) such as F-01
