Installation Coordinator
We are looking for Installation Coordinator based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning. You will be responsible for:
- Support Material Inspections with internal parties and customer representatives to clear ITC (Installation, Testing and Commissioning) materials and tools according to approved procedures
- Support Warehouse Operations for spatial arrangement, working area allocation, tracking records, issuance and returns
- Organise tools and materials Procurement Requests to streamline communication between installation teams, warehouse and procurement team.
- Participate new incentives and small projects such as office expansion, digital tools rollouts for ITC members, team functions arrangement, etc.
- Support site office administrative works as required, the works includes but not limit to:
- Mandatory Statutory, MTR and Alstom Competence training arrangements for all project staff and subcontractors
- Subcontractor liason on staff qualification, safety induction and monthly invoicing
- Site Office maintenance such as devices set-up, groceries maintenance, etc.
You are expected to have these credentials:
- Graduated with Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- IT skills – competent user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator, site office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Good communication skills, Team-spirit and Professionalism
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Sense of urgency, autonomy, good sense of initiative and ability to anticipate and solve issues
