L'OBJECTIF GLOBAL DU RÔLE :

 

Le Product Support Engineer viendra en aide aux Product Manager dans la gestion et la réussite des activités de développement de Produits et/ou de sustaining d’anciens produits que nous devons maintenir pour nos clients.

Il/elle devra intervenir dans :

  • la réalisation d’activités ENG suivant le profil et les compétences (Analyse technique, identification et implémentation de solution, documentation,…) 
  • la coordination des activités Engineering à réaliser (Hw, Sw et mécanique)
  • la coordination avec les autres métiers au sein d’Alstom (Industriel, Projet, Service, Pièces de rechange et réparation, logistique, obsolescence,….)
  • L’interface avec les projets, les clients et nos partenaires Industriels pour la fabrication et la maintenance de nos produits.

 

L’objectif sera :

  • Être le support direct du Product Manager dans les tâches quotidiennes
  • S’assurer du suivi du planning Produit et l’atteintes des objectifs
  • Suivre les jalons qualité Produit

 

CONNAISSANCES ET EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉES

 

  • Master : Bac+5
  • Good knowledge of Electronics and Computer Science.
  • Ability to specify and to develop products and tools 
  • Knowledge of Project management processes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Good communication and Coordination skills (ensure collaboration of multi-metier teams)
  • English and French speaking
  • Rigorous & organized
