Could you be the full-time Administrative and Operational Coordinator in Charleroi we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operational flow of the Service Engineering team, providing accurate visibility on workloads and proactive support for business affairs activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Finance, Procurement, and Technical teams), manage logistics for special tools, and support the preparation of technical service offers, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of issuing and monitoring Purchase Orders and coordinating logistics for special tools, but also support business affairs activities and optimize operational processes.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Issuance, monitoring, and follow-up of Purchase Orders (PO) related to team activities
  • Preparation and review of technical service offers
  • Coordination with Finance and Procurement departments to ensure proper cost allocation
  • Organization and management of logistics for special tools, including shipment planning, tracking, and availability
  • Continuous monitoring of actual workload vs planned workload and proposing corrective actions
  • Supporting contracts and commercial documentation management

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Master's degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, Project Management, Supply Chain or Procurement
  • Previous experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in a technical/engineering environment
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, PO management, and logistics
  • Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork attitude and ability to manage activities autonomously
  • Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise ERP systems (a plus)
  • Experience in industrial or service engineering environments (a plus)
  • Fluent English

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
