OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
This job will contain two aspects:
- Quality Safety Management (QSM) support
- Continuous Improvement aspect
Network & links
- Internal: Project Directors, Engineering and Industrial Department Heads, Project Managers, Project Teams
- External: Customers, external suppliers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QMS Support
- Provide teams with effective support as far as processes are concerned
- Ensure Quality Management System documentation is properly managed, updated, communicated
- Ensure organization and consolidation of Process Reviews results, and site Quality Management Review
- Support QMS Manager in internal audit program planning and reporting
- Support QMS Manager in ensuring internal audits corrective and preventive actions are defined and monitored to closure
- Ensure effective organisation of internal and external audits and management of action plans resulting from them (actual progress consistent with closing deadlines)
- Ensure Quality KPIs (DFQ, demerit, CoNQ, ...) are reported on time and action plans are defined when needed
Continuous Improvement
- Support Global Performance Director in issuing Site KPIs Dashboard and reviewing KPIs-related action plans with all Departments
- Support all department in creating e-learning modules to train on processes and roles/responsibilities
- Support Global Performance Director in monitoring Site Improvement Plan actions with all Departments
Performance Measurement/KPI’s
- Site objectives (APSYS, DfQ, OTD, OTIF, number of equipment under derogation)
- Reporting of KPI’s on time.
Qualifications & Skills:
EDUCATION
Master degree in engineering (Management background depending on the size of the project)
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
Desired knowledge / Experience:
- Experience in continuous improvement is appreciated
- Experience in Quality / audit are appreciated
Language skills: Fluent in English.
