Could you be the full-time Product Support Engineer in Charleroi we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in supporting product development and sustaining older products to meet our customers' needs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, Project, Service, Spare parts and repair, logistics, obsolescence), coordinate engineering activities (hardware, software, mechanical), and act as an interface with projects, clients, and industrial partners for manufacturing and maintenance.

You’ll specifically take care of technical analysis, identifying and implementing solutions, and creating documentation, but also assist Product Managers in achieving product schedules and objectives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Performing engineering activities aligned with your skills and expertise
  • Coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Supporting the Product Manager in daily tasks
  • Monitoring and ensuring product quality milestones
  • Ensuring follow-up on product schedules and objectives

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field
  • Good knowledge of Electronics and Computer Science
  • Ability to specify and develop products and tools
  • Familiarity with project management processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to ensure multi-department collaboration
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Rigorous and organized approach to work

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
