Introduction :

Integrated Service Readiness (IRS) refers to a comprehensive, coordinated approach to ensuring the operational readiness, performance, and sustainability of a product throughout its entire life cycle. It encompasses a range of activities and processes designed to support the effective design, development, deployment, and maintenance of a product.

  1. Key Components of Integrated Product Support:
  1. Supportability: Designing products to be easy to maintain, repair, and operate.
  2. Logistics Support: Ensuring the right resources, parts, and personnel are available to support the product.
  3. Technical Data: Providing necessary documentation and data to inform users and maintainers.
  4. Training and Training Support: Offering training programs for personnel to effectively operate and maintain the product.
  5. Sustainment: Planning for long-term maintenance, upgrades, and modifications of the product.
  6. System Engineering: Integrating all aspects of the product and support systems early in the design process to optimize performance and cost.
  1. Goals of Integrated Product Support:
  • Enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Minimize operational costs and downtime.
  • Ensure that support considerations are included from the beginning of the product life cycle, thus achieving better outcomes in terms of reliability, maintainability, and availability.

 

  1. Needs:

 

The training offered to our clients is an important part of the activities developed and executed by the ISR team in Charleroi. In addition to traditional in-person training, a digital component is available for remote access. In this context, the ISR team needs to develop modules and digital content for training purposes. There is a need for a person capable of developing multimedia modules on various platforms such as UpTail and RapidMooc, based on training content provided by our training designers and subject matter experts.

 

 

  1. Mission of the VIE

The VIE will be fully integrated in to the ISR Team and his/her main activities will be:

 

    1. Developing of storyboards for digital modules based on training materials.
    2. Making videos / clips of maintenance and operation procedures.
    3. Editing videos and digital modules by using specific tools such as UPTail and RapidMooc
    4. Interfacing with Training Designers and subject matter experts.
    5. Using of AI Alstom to improve contents and storyboards.

 

      III. Profile

 

  • Academy study in: Digital Media Content Creators or equivalent.
  • Fluent in French
  • Good level of English (B2 as minimum)
