Could you be the full-time Documentation Manager in Charleroi we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in documentation management within a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll ensure the availability and organisation of all project documentation, making a meaningful impact on the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Team members, Platform, Customer, Partners, Suppliers), adapt documentation structures to project needs, and ensure timely delivery of documentation to stakeholders, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of implementing and managing the Electronic Documentation Management System (EDMS) and creating/updating project document templates but also support and train users in the EDMS environment.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Implement and ensure the proper application of the Project Documentation Management Plan

  • Implementing project documentation processes

  • Ensuring internal validation of documents before submission to the Customer

  • Monitoring and reporting on documentation milestones and status

  • Providing documentation reporting and indicators to stakeholders

  • Managing document storage and archiving

  • Acting as the EDMS support at the project level

  • Proposing improvements to processes, organisation, and EDMS usage

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Basic knowledge of project management within an industrial environment

  • Experience or understanding of EDMS tools and environments

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Clear reporting skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Proactive and solution mindset capabilities

  • Ability to challenge project teams constructively

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

This role is part of the V.I.E international mobility scheme. Please check the following website to make sure that your application complies with the criteria to carry out a VIE assignment: www.civiweb.com

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
